I use this screen shot image in my Chem 1113 class at Fairmont State University. I used Paint to circle one of the numbers and air brushed add notes in order to see possible tools available in Paint to improve my image, for this assignment. I acquired this image by hitting the "print screen" key on my keyboard while the desired screen was selected, and then the image was pasted into Image J, a image manipulation program that is freeware. Once the file in pasted into Image J the graphic can be edited and saved in numerous formats. I chose to save this image as a .gif file; I then inserted this image into a HTML document, using Dreamweaver, and that document is used in Blackboard for my class. I have numerous screen shots of what their screen should look like as the students work an example problem in Excel. This helps the students proofread their spreadsheet as they work the example, and some really have a hard time following instructions without some sort of accompanying graphic.
